Our Gemstone Library is available for you to choose your favorite gem and pair it with your favorite ring setting. Since the ring doesn't exist yet (until you design it!), there are no photos of how it will look just yet, however, rest assured that after you purchase one of these gems along with its setting, we will keep you in the loop and send you CAD renderings (a digital mockup) of the ring you purchased so that we can ensure we are all aligned on your vision.
The "Design Your Own Ring" Process, Explained
Step 1 - Place your order
Purchase your gemstone and the setting you would like for your ring. Await an email from us confirming your order and next steps.
Step 2 - Review CAD
You'll receive a digital rendering of your finished rendering to give you an idea for what the finished ring will look like. With your approval, we'll put the ring into production.
Step 3 - Await Your Ring!
Allowing up to 4-6 weeks from your original order date, your ring will be made, polished, and set with your chosen stone. We'll contact you as soon as your ring is ready for pick-up/delivery.
Jewelry Care & Warranty
How do I take care of my jewelry?
It is a good habit to remove all jewelry before sleeping, exercising, showering, gardening, heavy lifting, swimming, etc. Put your jewelry on after bathing, spraying perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions and cosmetics. Avoid chemical cleaners, abrasive polishing agents, and chlorine. A combination of mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush may be used for cleaning. Refrain from using chemical jewelry cleaners outside of the products we've personally tested and recommend. A detailed jewelry care sheet can be found here.
Do you offer a product warranty?
We do! Our warranty program covers polishing, setting repair, accent stone replacement, chain/clasp repairs, and re-welding. Detailed information on our warranty can be found here.
